We invite suppliers to dialogue on joint Nordic tendering procedures

In spring 2019, we published the first joint Nordic calls for tenders. We have reaped good experience from these procedures and we will exploit this in spring 2021, when we publish the next joint Nordic calls for tenders.

One really good experience was to involve suppliers in work on preparing the calls. We will be repeating this now.

Therefore, we are inviting our suppliers to a virtual briefing meeting at which we will present our thoughts on a number of new initiatives. Not least, criteria for winning our tendering procedures. This time, we will assess the tenders on the basis of a number of qualitative criteria, including the environment.

We expect the briefing meeting to last around one hour, and that we will hold it before mid-December 2020.

We hav​​e identified potential suppliers

After the briefing meeting, three countries will conduct short, individual dialogue meetings with potential suppliers of the medicines we will be putting out to tender and re-tender. We plan to conduct these dialogue meetings in December 2020 and January 2021.

We will invite suppliers that have, or previously have had, a marketing licence for the medicines for which we plan to invite tenders or re-tenders.

We have identified the following potential suppliers with which we plan to hold individual dialogue meetings:
