Avrop på denne rammeavtalen vil skje ved kjøp fra leverandør som til enhver tid er rangert som nummer 1. 

Unntak fra punkt 2.1 kan gjøres i følgende tilfeller:

1.  Dersom prioritert leverandørs produkt ut i fra medisinsk faglig begrunnelse ikke kan brukes i behandling av den aktuelle pasient.
   
2. Dersom prioritert leverandørs utstyr skaper uforholdsmessige store tekniske vanskeligheter ved bruk sammen med det høyest rangerte utstyr fra andre Deltilbud. Avrop vil da skje hos høyest rangerte tilbyderen som tilbyr kompatibelt utstyr.
   
3. Dersom den øverst rangerte leverandør på forespørsel ikke leverer utstyret eller kan ikke levere innen avtalefestet tid.
   
4. Leverandøruavhengige, vitenskapelige studier kan medføre rerangering av produktene ved gjennomgjøring av minikonkurranse innenfor den enkelte delkontrakt.  
   
5. Dersom den høyest rangerte leverandør ikke har oppdatert de elektroniske varekatalogene med aktuelle produkt innen avtalefestet tid for de foretak hvor dette er aktuelt.
   
6. Inntil 20 prosent av årlig volum ved sykehusene kan brukes til utprøving av produkter som ikke er på rammeavtalen, i en periode begrenset oppad til 6 måneder.
   Avvik fra rangeringen vil bli logget og tatt opp med leverandørene ved oppfølgingsmøter mellom Oppdragsgiver, Sykehusinnkjøp HF og Leverandør.
